Plain English, because that’s how we do everything. Last updated: October 2026.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote — by text, call, form, or email — we collect what we need to do the job: your name, phone number, ZIP code, photos of your junk, and anything you tell us about the job.
What we do with it
We use it to quote your job, schedule your pickup, and do the work. That’s the list. We don’t sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for.
Photos
Photos you send are used to price and plan your job. Sometimes a before-and-after photo helps us show our work — we’ll ask before we ever share job photos publicly, and we never share photos that identify you, your home, or your address.
Analytics
This site may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages get visited and which buttons get tapped (calls, texts, quote requests). It tells us whether the website works — not who you are.
Texting
If you text us, we text back about your job. We don’t send marketing blasts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and you can stop the conversation anytime by saying so.
How long we keep it
We keep job records as long as normal business records require, then they’re deleted. Quote requests that never become jobs are cleared out regularly.
Questions
